Q22 is an office building in the Warsaw centre at Jana Pawła II 22. Construction of this office building began in June 2013 and was completed within 36 months. The total surface area of this multi-storey facility exceeds 91,000 sq m, with usable space of almost 54,000 sq m; the majority is taken up by offices – 50,000 sq m.
Plac Unii is a modern multi-functional facility characterised by unique architecture, valued for the best quality of its office space. The complex is composed of three buildings with a glass roof(two six-storey and a 21-storey tower) offering a total of 48,000 sq m GLA and 800 parking spots. Thanks to the modular structure of each storey, the Plac Unii building provides functional and flexible-arrangement A+ office space.
Global Office Park, currently under construction in Katowice, is a set of office buildings in the area of Mickiewicza, Dąbrówki and Jana III Sobieskiego streets. Construction started in November 2019, and will be completed in 2023. The usable floor area of these multi-storey buildings will be 86,000 sq m, with office space taking up the majority – over 59,000 sq m, retail and service outlets will be almost 3,000 sq m in size, with residential space taking up 26,000 sq m.
The Riverside Park office complex is made up of two twin buildings offering a total of 12,700 sq m of A-class office space for rent on six above-ground floors. In addition, a portion of the ground floor is reserved for retail and service facilities.
The Łazienki Park residence building has five stories. The residence houses 64 apartments between 32 and 182 sq m. The top floor includes spacious penthouses with large terraces. The remaining apartments have balconies or loggias. The ground floor apartments have private gardens. There are two staircases in the buildings, a reception lobby in the entrance area and an underground parking lot with 95 spots.
