Facility Technician

Your duties

• works aimed at maintaining due technical performance of the building
• execution of technical inspections, maintenance and repair of systems and equipment
• minor general construction works
• maintenance of continuity of operation of electric, cooling, hydraulic and gas equipment
• cooperation with contractors and suppliers in terms of maintenance and repair works
• removal of faults and execution of repairs to keep equipment operational

 

Our requirements

• technical experience in the facility management industry
• olish Electrical Association group E1 licence up to 1 kV (other groups a plus)
• experience in installation or service of equipment/ systems
• team skills
• problem-solving engagement
• task execution-oriented
