Your duties

  • Planning and execution of inspections per the annual timetable
  • cooperation with technician, organisation of team and subcontractor work to ensure top service quality
  • verification and price assessment of offer inquiries
  • constant improvement of service quality through exchange of experiences and implementation of the best market solutions
  • oversight of warranty service by the General Contractor
  • communication with the Owner, Tenants or Management

 

Our requirements

  • passion and engagement in daily duties
  • at least secondary school education
  • Group 1 licence up to 20 kV E and D
  • Group 2 E and D licence a plus
  • team skills
  • problem-solving engagement
  • task execution-oriented
  • experience in working in a high-rise in the FM industry a plus
  • good MS Excel and Outlook skills
